Divine Faith Apparel Shipping Policy
At Divine Faith Apparel, we operate exclusively through pre-order drops, meaning that each item is custom-made specifically for you. Due to this production model, we want to be transparent about the longer shipping times associated with your order. When you place an order during one of our pre-order drops, production does not begin until the purchase window closes. After the pre-order window closes, production of all orders begins, which typically takes between 2-4 weeks. Only after your items are made and quality-checked are they prepared for shipment. As Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, "To everything, there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven." We appreciate your patience and understanding as we take the necessary time to ensure your items are crafted with care and purpose.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor your shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days, while shipping to the United States may take 7-14 business days, and international orders can take 14-21 business days. Please note that these are estimated times, and factors such as carrier delays or customs processing may cause further delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the order. For international orders, customs and duties fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Divine Faith Apparel is not responsible for any additional customs fees or delays, and the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure. If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as we can only accommodate changes to the address before production begins. Once the production process has started or the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
